The reception dinner will be served family style with the following selections available:
4 hour red wine-braised short ribs
with lemon caper sauce and tomato confit
with black pepper almond brittle, grilled fruit and almond vinaigrette
with tomato confit, toasted pine nuts and basil oil
with rosemary and parmesan
