We would love to see all of our guests dressed up! Suits and floor length dresses or gowns are encouraged. Please avoid wearing jeans or white dresses/suits ! Remember to bring a swimsuit if you plan on taking a dip in the pool over the weekend :)

August in Windham typically reaches highs of low to mid-80s and lows of high 50s to low 60s. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and fans will be provided to keep you cool. We will be exchanging the majority of our vows privately before the ceremony, so we won't keep you out in the heat too long! The cocktail hour will be outside by the creek followed by our indoor reception. We will have an indoor-outdoor after party with bonfires lit to keep us cozy!

We encourage all guests to stay on property with us to optimize the experience! The party starts Friday night and ends Sunday, and we cannot wait to be surrounded by our loved ones all weekend. It would also make for easy transport to and from our events, which are all on site. It is recommended you book ASAP as the hotel will be open to other guests during our wedding weekend. Windham offers lots of other accommodation options if you choose not to stay with us, although your presence will be missed! Please see the travel section on our website for more details.

Many hotels in the area require a two night minimum on weekends. However, Wylder Windham is allowing our guests to only stay for one night, if needed. Please call them directly and mention you are apart of our wedding weekend if you'd only wish to stay Saturday night. If you book online, the two night restrictions may be in place.

Yes! However, to avoid overbooking, we only have enough rooms currently reserved for the wedding party and family. Those of you with designated rooms will get reached out to by the hotel directly. If you would like to stay at Wylder for a discounted rate, and are planning on staying both Friday and Saturday night, please reach out to the bride or groom and we may be able to expand our block for you.

Due to constraints by the venue, you may not be able to bring a plus one unless specifically denoted on your invite. If you feel like this is a mistake, please reach out to the bride or groom.

We love your kids! However, we want to keep our wedding an adults-only weekend. We appreciate your understanding!

Our reception dinner will be served family style, which you can view under the menu tab of our website. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please reach out to the bride or groom or fill them out when you RSVP. For food outside of the wedding day, there is both a restaurant and cafe on site, along with plenty of local options in town open all weekend long. Save room for drinks and light bites at the welcome party on Friday night! On Sunday morning, feel free to stop by the in-house cafe for some delicious pastries and coffee before joining us by the pool!

On the top of our website, you should see the section to RSVP. You may have to type your first and last name in this section for your party to appear. If you were given a plus one, it will show up here as well. Please RSVP for all guests in your party that will (or will not) be attending. If you have trouble finding your party, please reach out to the bride or groom.

Please respond on the RSVP section of our website no later than 6/16/2025! If we don't receive response by that time, we will assume you cannot make it and the venue will no longer be able to accommodate you.
